Tyler Kuresa is a licensed Realtor in the greater Sacramento Region, focusing in investment and fiduciary (probate and trust) sales. Tyler started his journey in Real Estate after a 2-year stint as a professional baseball player with the Minnesota Twins organization, and a 4 year college tenure at the University of Oregon and UC Santa Barbara. He has been a member of the prestigious Masters Club of the Placer County Realtor Association since 2016.
Tyler quickly adapted to a specialty of Kuresa Realty, fiduciary sales, which includes probate estates and conservatorships, and trust sales. Tyler currently oversees all pre-marketing services offered by Kuresa Realty. These services include (but are not limited to) evaluating pre-market needs, recommending a course of action, and overseeing work that might include estate sales, donations, trashouts, cleaning, repairs and inspections. As one of the only offices in the region that specializes in these types of transactions with pre-market estate services, Tyler and Kuresa Realty are committed to being the first choice for probate and trust attorneys, court-appointed administrators, conservators or trustees, private trustees, and other fiduciaries by providing high level concierge services for pre-market preparation, as well as the highest level of expertise in real estate sales.
Early in his career, Tyler discovered a natural passion for real estate investment. Working first with short-term investors looking for single family homes to flip, he quickly added long-term multi-family rentals as well. While working in all areas of real estate investment, Tyler specializes in fix-and-hold strategies that maximize cash-on-cash returns, as well as long term equity. In a market that is constantly shifting due to changing laws (rent control), changing investor demands (cost of money), and changing tenant demands, it is important to work with someone who takes a holistic strategy to investing. Along with his clients, Tyler is an active investor in the Sacramento market with a growing portfolio of rentals throughout Sacramento and Placer Counties.
Tyler is married and has two daughters.
